Amazing dental practice! Dr. Gientuga and Phoebe, the head nurse, have been absolutely amazing. From the very first visit, they have always made me feel safe, comfortable, and truly cared for. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail are unmatched, and they have done a wonderful job with my teeth. Thanks to them, I’ve regained confidence in my smile. I can’t recommend this practice highly enough!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about today’s appointment. I was incredibly nervous and anxious going in, as it had been a long time since I’d seen a dentist, and I was genuinely scared. From the moment I met Dr Sylwia Giertuga, I felt understood and cared for. She was so calm, patient, and reassuring, and she took the time to really put me at ease. Little by little, my anxiety melted away, which I never thought would happen. Phoebe, the nurse, was also so kind, gentle, and supportive throughout. I’m truly grateful to have found a place where I felt safe, listened to, and cared for, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this practice to anyone who feels nervous or afraid of visiting the dentist . Dr Ashikin Thajudin did a super job on my root canal repair and crown replacement. She took an enormous amount of care looking after me and making sure the fit was perfect. She also recommended an onlay instead of a full crown which I really appreciate. It saved more of my natural tooth and was slightly cheaper. I understand now that it's also better for my mouth in general when eating. Would fully recommend this practice - wonderful staff and a caring practice where everyone takes time to look after you.

Our first visit with Dr. Sylwia was truly exceptional. Both of my children were immediately at ease thanks to her warm smile, gentle manner, and caring approach. She took the time to listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and make sure the kids felt safe and understood. Dr. Sylwia kindness, patience, and professionalism are remarkable. She has a wonderful way with children. We are deeply grateful for her care and wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Sylwia to any parent looking for a doctor who treats children with heart.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So I was seen today under the NHS scheme, my dentist was Sylvia who was really welcoming, her calming and friendly demeanour gave me the confidence I needed to see the appointment through and relieve me of my anxieties as it’s something I generally struggle with. I had interactions with Miriam, Phoebe and Sylvia all who were very informative, polite and reassuring. The environment was very relaxing and clean. I would highly recommend. My experience here was very pleasant overall and I was very satisfied with the service.
